通常在板上钻出透明的PC耐力板，孔之间的间距为50厘米。建议孔和板边缘之间的距离至少为3-5厘米。透明PC耐力板的铆钉头的直径应比手柄直径大两倍，并应添加垫圈或洗衣机，以避免局部高压造成的PC板损坏。透明的PC耐力板的螺钉不应太紧，以免使板破裂。固定后最好允许板稍微排位。不建议使用包含沥青成分的PVC垫片或防水磁带，因为它们沉淀的化学添加剂会导致板上的化学腐蚀，从而导致板表面的裂缝甚至裂缝。处理冷弯曲透明的PC耐力板时，请避免使用螺钉固定弯曲的零件。所有孔都应用中性有机硅结构密封剂填充，以防止清洁剂穿透边缘并影响板的使用。
